Elevator Mishap - Logic Puzzles

Six people, whose names are Fred Alberts, Larry Smith, Brian Martin, Marty Jones, Bill Edison, and John Fox were in an elevator together.

Suddenly, the lights went out. When the lights came back on, Fred Alberts' wallet was missing.

Detectives have investigated. They have questioned the suspects, the witnesses, and people who know the suspects. They have collected physical evidence (hair samples, fibre samples, etc.) from the crime scene. They have collected 14 clues, but have not been able to solve the crime.

They have now asked for your help. Examine the clues and see if you can solve the crime.
No two suspects have the same weight, colour shoes, colour umbrella, colour car, or hair colour.

The suspect who owns a purple car was wearing tan shoes.

The suspect who weighs 180 pounds owns a green car.

The suspect who owns a black car was wearing blue shoes.

The suspect who weighs 150 pounds was wearing tan shoes.

Brian Martin owns a green car.

Marty Jones was carrying a purple umbrella.

John Fox has red hair.

Larry Smith weighs 210 pounds.

The suspect who weighs 190 pounds was wearing blue shoes.

The suspect who was carrying a red umbrella is not the one who was wearing black shoes.

The thief owns a black car.

The suspect who owns a white car is not the one who weighs 170 pounds.

Bill Edison was wearing brown shoes.

The suspect who weighs 190 pounds is not the one who has red hair.

Alex and Billie were rowing their canoe along the River Trent.

In the morning they managed to row upstream at an average speed of 2 miles per hour.

They then stopped for a spot of lunch and a nice rest.

In the afternoon, the pace was a little easier as they were now rowing downstream back to their starting point, and managed an average speed of 4 miles an hour.

The morning trip took them 3 hours longer than the afternoon.

How far did they row upstream?

Shriekville's Ghosts - Logic Puzzles

Five People were all taking a vacation in Shriekville, unfortunately, all of their vacations were cut short by a terrifying encounter with a resident ghost.

Can you determine the type of accommodation, its name, and the name of the resident ghost?
Archibald stayed at St George's, he was not frightened off by Macabre Malcolm.

The public house was the home of Chilling Charlie, who frequently turned down the thermostat and then let out gruesome shrieks, chilling everyone to the bone.

Lucas or Archibald's vacation was at the castle. Was Terrifying Tony the resident ghost there?

Charlie went to stay with friends, this was in a bungalow, but it did not have the name Briar Hill. He was not terrified by Bloodcurdling Brian, the ghost that left bloodstained footprints behind.

Billy vacationed at a place named Rosedale, which was not a hotel.

Creepy Craig really did scare Gary, as he was settling down to sleep, by scraping his fingernails on the bedroom window, this was not at a hotel and it wasn't a place named Avalon.

The bed and breakfast accommodation was not High Lodge, which was also not the castle where Macabre Malcolm was resident.
