Reasoning
R2C7 is the only square in row 2 that can be <4>
R8C3 is the only square in row 8 that can be <8>
R8C1 is the only square in row 8 that can be <1>
R9C8 is the only square in column 8 that can be <7>
R8C5 is the only square in row 8 that can be <7>
R8C6 is the only square in row 8 that can be <4>
R9C3 is the only square in row 9 that can be <4>
R1C8 is the only square in column 8 that can be <2>
Intersection of row 5 with block 4. The value <1> only appears in one or more of squares R5C1, R5C2 and R5C3 of row 5. These squares are the ones that intersect with block 4. Thus, the other (non-intersecting) squares of block 4 cannot contain this value.
R6C3 - removing <1> from <1367> leaving <367>
Intersection of row 5 with block 6. The value <8> only appears in one or more of squares R5C7, R5C8 and R5C9 of row 5. These squares are the ones that intersect with block 6. Thus, the other (non-intersecting) squares of block 6 cannot contain this value.
R4C7 - removing <8> from <26789> leaving <2679>
Squares R4C9<29>, R5C7<389>, R5C8<38> and R6C9<23> in block 6 form a comprehensive naked quad. These 4 squares can only contain the 4 possibilities <2389>. Since each of the squares must contain one of the possibilities, they can be eliminated from the other squares in the block.
R4C7 - removing <29> from <2679> leaving <67>
R6C7 - removing <23> from <2367> leaving <67>
Intersection of column 7 with block 9. The value <2> only appears in one or more of squares R7C7, R8C7 and R9C7 of column 7. These squares are the ones that intersect with block 9. Thus, the other (non-intersecting) squares of block 9 cannot contain this value.
R7C9 - removing <2> from <235> leaving <35>
Squares R4C7, R6C7, R4C3 and R6C3 form a Type-3 Unique Rectangle on <67>. Upon close inspection, it is clear that:
(R4C3 or R6C3)<39>, R5C3<139> and R5C2<19> form a naked triplet on <139> in block 4. No other squares in the block can contain these possibilities
